Many families are paying more than necessary for essentials such as energy, banking and broadband. One way to save is by switching to a better deal with a new supplier but most stick with their current company.
Why is this? The government would like to know and is inviting everyone to explain in a survey why they have (or haven’t!) switched in the past 2 years.
This makes sense and we hope all our supporters with an opinion will take part. What is your experience of switching? What stops you or those you know? What would make it easier? Why do you think people don’t bother?
Here is the full Call for Evidence. It’s good on ‘Principles of Switching’ and has a lot about the different services. If you’re pushed for time you can respond online here without reading the full story.
The consultation closes on Friday 4 December.
