Our older client Ivy* heard from a friend she might be able to claim benefits. Her partner was sick and recently money had been tight.
The friend also told her Citizens Advice could help. Ivy phoned Adviceline** and had what turned out to be a great conversation with CARBS Adviser, Jumana.
After the call, when Jumana emailed asking if she needed anything else, Ivy replied:
“No thank you. You have been absolutely wonderful. A great pick me up and I feel so much better. I’ve been watching all the birds while we’ve been chatting.
