We’re open every day from 1000 to1600 but our new office is very small and has no waiting area. When you arrive, ring the doorbell. We will answer immediately.
If we have an adviser available, we will offer you a short assessment lasting around 20 minutes. You can give us an outline of the problem you would like help with. We will help you there and then, if we can. If your issue is more complicated, we will offer you another longer appointment to give the fuller advice you need.
If we don’t have an adviser available, we may be able to give some immediate help or we may ask you to come back the next day for a short assessment.
Short assessment sessions can’t be booked and are only available to clients who come to the office in person. If you can’t come, you can telephone Adviceline 03444 111 444 and leave a message asking us to call you back. Alternatively, you can ask for advice by email using the enquiry form on our website.
