A lot of our clients like to get help by calling our dedicated telephone service, Adviceline.
It’s very popular and unfortunately people can’t always get through.
So we’ve set up a Voicemail facility. When there’s a wait, just press * then 0 and leave us a message.
We may not be able to get straight back but everyone will receive a call within 3 working days.
CARBS Chief Executive Andrea Dunhill said:
“When we realised people were finding it hard to get through on Adviceline, we took action and installed the new voicemail facility.
“We do our best to pick up every call but shortage of volunteers (see below) means we can’t always do it. Now, if lines are busy, people can leave a message. We always want clients to be able to contact us with minimum hassle.”
