Nothing matters more to us at Citizens Advice Reigate & Banstead than the privacy of client information.
We collect and use information to help solve clients’ problems, improve our services and tackle wider issues in society that affect people’s lives.
How we use personal information.
We always let clients decide what they’re comfortable telling us, explain why we need the information and keep it confidential. When we keep something they tell us, we:
● only access it when we have a good reason
● only share what is necessary and relevant
● don’t sell it to commercial organisations.
Our central purpose is to provide confidential, impartial advice to anyone who needs it, whoever they are, whatever their problem.
