We’d like to share how much we owe the brilliant CARBS team.
I would like to thank you so much for your hard work and dedication over the past two weeks which have enabled us to continue helping so many people in these difficult times. It’s amazing that from closing the offices on 24 March we have come so far in re-engineering the service.
Working from home we are now helping with over 40 problems a day by phone, email and Adviceline as well as keeping existing and new appointments. The advice has been complex and we’re doing lot of careful research to ensure it’s up-to-date and appropriate. Often we need to interpret regulations put in place very recently.
Thank you for working so hard to help others.
Chair, Richard Hoffman
On behalf of the Board, I want to thank you all for your continued efforts to help our residents during this most difficult and unprecedented time. And thank you for adapting so well to a new modus operandi.
We are in the midst of something that has become challenging mentally, physically, spiritually, financially and practically. You are dealing with other people’s problems but please do make sure not to neglect your own well-being. The crisis is putting a significant strain on us as individuals and a community. Each and every one of us, more isolated than usual, must reach out if we have any individual worries.
Once again, many thanks to you all. Take care and stay safe.
