Good news! From this month, anyone who could do with a bit of emotional support can now visit Surrey Virtual Wellbeing*.
It’s a one-stop-shop for health and community activities.
Lockdown is affecting everyone. It’s meant losing touch (literally) with friends and social activities. Many are feeling more stressed as a result.
Through the hub, they can join in anything from a virtual coffee morning or group chat to a tailored exercise class.
At Citizens Advice we delighted to help promote Surrey Virtual Wellbeing.
We know Covid-19 is making existing problems worse and causing new ones. This valuable initiative can help many people feel better and ready to get things sorted.
* Surrey Virtual Wellbeing is a joint partnership between Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership, Surrey County Council and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
