Age UK research* showed over 3 million older people not looking forward to Christmas. More young people say they feel lonely over the festive period.
If you’re feeling lonely or down or not yourself mentally, visit Mind for help with difficult feelings at Christmas. Or Samaritans to speak to someone urgently.
