The new variant is more transmissible so we need to work together to stop it. We must only leave home for exercise, essential shopping, healthcare or work we can’t do at home.

SCC has a dedicated helpline running Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) on 0300 200 1008. They can give residents advice and information on support available across Surrey residents. They also have an SMS text service for the deaf or hard of hearing on 0786 0053 465.
If you are in financial difficulty, Surrey has an emergency fund. You can apply through us at Citizens Advice or go direct to Surrey Crisis Fund.
We know that abuse has increased during the lockdown. In Surrey we have a domestic abuse helpline on 0148 377 6822 between 9.00 and 9.00pm 7 days a week. If you need more pressing help, call 101 for non-emergencies or 999 in cases of emergency. Remember, if you’re suffering domestic abuse the household isolation restrictions do not apply.
