We’re really looking forward to taking part in this year’s village fair at The Orchard, Banstead High Street on Saturday.

Citizens Advice is one of 30 local groups at the event planned by Banstead Rotary with all the “traditional” entertainments.

Helen, our organiser and community liaison volunteer, says:

“The fair is a great opportunity for us to meet local people who may not know how they can benefit from our unique service.

“We’ll also be publicising Scams Awareness Month.  We’re running this campaign in partnership with Trading Standards to help people protect themselves against fraudsters who target the unwary.”
