From TODAY we have suspended face-to-face advice sessions at our Banstead and Redhill offices and outreach locations. We have taken this step to comply with government guidance.
Email, telephone and online
We can now only provide advice on the telephone, by email and online.
If you come to the Redhill office we can’t meet you face to face but will be able to speak to you through an intercom system at the front door. We’ll take brief details, including your name and phone number, and explain how you can get help. For example, we can now process a food voucher through the intercom.
Help to claim Universal Credit
We expect higher numbers of people needing to claim universal credit for the first time. Our staff will now be available at Redhill Job Centre Plus 5 days a week. Alternatively, you can access full help to claim advice by telephoning 0800 144 8 444 during working hours. We are also available on webchat.
Outreach centres
Our drop-in advice sessions at Merstham. Horley and Tadworth are now suspended until further notice.
